Terms of Service

MaiMovement provides:

• Video analysis tools for sports teams
• Data visualization and analytics
• Up to 60 video uploads per team per year

To use MaiMovement, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Your data is stored and processed on Microsoft Azure servers. By using our Platform, you acknowledge:

• Content is stored in Azure cloud infrastructure
• Videos are processed through Mux for streaming
• Analytics data may be collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity if cookies are accepted
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data

When uploading content to the Platform:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us license to store and process it for service delivery
• You must have rights to share and use the content
• Content must comply with our usage policies and applicable laws

Your subscription includes:

• Maximum of 60 video uploads per year
• 20 user accounts per team
• Storage for up to 60 active videos

Exceeding these limits may require additional subscription arrangements.

Subscription fees are based on team count and usage volume. All fees are:

• Billed annually
• Non-refundable unless required by law
• Subject to change with notice

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in unauthorized activities
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Misuse Platform resources

The Platform is provided "as-is." We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.

We welcome your bug reports, feature requests, and other feedback ("Feedback"). By submitting Feedback, you agree that:

• Your Feedback is non-confidential and non-proprietary. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Feedback without obligation or compensation.
• We are under no obligation to implement any Feedback, and submission does not create a contractual commitment.
